Viewpoint Research was founded as a social enterprise over 10 years ago to address the inequalities many individuals face through disability or economic deprivation. Specialists in telephone-based customer satisfaction surveys, they have worked with clients including Sheffield City Council, Sheffield University, Engie, St Leger Homes and Key Fund.
