As I prepare to retire in 2023, I have considered the challenges and opportunities that will be faced by our next CEO.
Nationally, our delivery models are broken – whether that’s care and support, grants for new homes, delivering on net zero. Making things work in spite of this, staying positive and building our culture would all be high on my list.
And, looking forward to the next 50 years, I’d share this piece of advice to all our people – our employees, customers, partners, and communities. Just do the next right thing. It’s amazing how far that gets you.
