If we can safely access your home, we will call to carry out scheduled repairs (but, due to travel conditions, there may be some delays in reaching you). If a repair has been scheduled for today and you have not been contacted, our operatives should be on their way. If you want to check, please contact our customer services team on 0800 1380 380.
If access is impossible, we will contact you directly to make alternative arrangements for when the weather conditions improve. If the roads near your home are not passable, please assume we will not be able to attend today. We will reschedule your repair for as soon as possible, particularly for emergencies.
