Our Forge New Homes partnership has purchased a seven acre site in Beckingham, on the
Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire border. We have already secured planning permission, paving the way for the creation of 57 single-storey homes. 35% of these homes will be affordable, offering a mix of shared ownership and rental options for local people, and the remaining homes will be available for open market sale.

Forge New Homes’ profits are shared amongst our partners, and reinvested in providing new affordable housing and supporting local communities.

The properties will feature a variety of layouts, including dormer, detached, and semi-detached, with free-flowing layouts and integrated indoor-outdoor living. The location is ideal, with Beckingham Primary School, a post office, and village shop all close by, as well as convenient commuter links to South Yorkshire.

“We’ve engaged with the local community to ensure our masterplan delivers the high-quality homes that people are looking for. We look forward to adding to our growing portfolio and addressing the region’s needs for well-designed new homes for all.”

Andy Beattie
Managing Director, Forge New Homes

“At the time of a housing crisis we’re delighted to see these much needed new homes at Beckingham become a reality.”
