Our Tenant Satisfaction Measures results includes data about our performance and results from our tenant perception surveys. We’ve also shared information about changes we’re making to improve our services.

We’ve worked with Viewpoint to collect our customers’ feedback about how we’re doing, and they will continue to contact our customers approximately every two years to complete a Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey. A big thank you to everyone that shared their thoughts and experiences.
