We are recruiting participatory artists to offer music, dance and/or visual arts sessions in our extra-care homes.
Our Moments of Joy programme offers creative activity in our homes and communities – we work with local artists and organisations to provide opportunities for our customers to enjoy and participate in high-quality arts sessions.
The weekly sessions will be delivered from mid-February to July, and will work towards a finished piece – for example, a song or piece of dance. The sessions will be offered in our extra-care homes in Dronfield, Royston and Normanton.
We are particularly interested in applications from older artists, and from artists that face physical barriers in their usual place of work (all of these extra-care homes are fully accessible).
