Our Good Work team have worked with local partners to help their customers develop their digital skills. The Rotherham Advertiser shared Victoria’s story about achieving her ambition to continue her studies with support from our Good Work Skills service and other local organisations. Thank you to Victoria for sharing your story, and to South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority and Laptops4All for your partnership and support.

Our Digi Friends service offered free, personalised digital support to our customers. Digi Friends volunteers worked with our customers to build their digital skills and knowledge, and they achieved goals that included sending emails, shopping and banking online, and staying in touch with family and friends.
Our team, partners, volunteers and customers have gathered learning, resources, and examples of best practice from the delivery of Digi Friends. A big thank you to everyone involved in our Digi Friends service!

We created a new space for our employees and customers to collaborate and connect. Our Asset Strategy and Development Team have worked with the Lister Project to update their summer house, and design a bright new area for meetings, one-to-ones, group sessions, and more.
It’s already been used for Moments of Joy projects, and provided some much-needed additional space for everyone to enjoy.
