Customer satisfaction surveys are a great opportunity to gain valuable feedback from our customers. We then use this feedback to understand what works well, and to make improvements to our services.

Whenever someone moves in or out of a South Yorkshire Housing Association home, or a repair is completed, you will be asked to complete a survey.  Every customer completing one of these surveys will be entered into a quarterly prize draw to win up to £100 in a multi-store gift card.  The card can be spent at over 170 brands nationwide, both in stores and online, including fashion, electricals and restaurants.

Our partners at Viewpoint Research contact our customers to collect feedback to include in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures data. If you take part, you will be entered into a quarterly prize draw to win £250 in multi-store vouchers.

Nicole Madden was the Tenant Satisfaction Measures prize draw winner in March 2024, receiving £250 in vouchers. Nicole told us:

“I like to give feedback and support SYHA where I can. I think it’s important to give my opinion on how to make things better. I’m going on holiday soon, so I’m buying some holiday gear and some new trainers today, thank you so much.”
