Hello and welcome to our Annual Review.
It’s been yet another busy year, and you can find out more about our investment in your homes, work on damp, mould and condensation, the Customer Scrutiny Panel, our new projects and services, and more.
I joined South Yorkshire Housing Association in March 2023, and feel privileged to lead an organisation with such a strong 50+ year heritage and continuing positive impact on local people and communities. Our purpose is as important as ever, and we are very proud of the work that happens across all our teams and services.
My priorities as the new Chief Executive have been to strengthen our financial resilience, our governance and our performance, so that we continue to fulfil our purpose for the next 50+ years. This Annual Review reflects on each of the themes in our 2020-23 strategy, and I’ve worked with our leadership team to create a new, interim strategy to set a clear focus for the next 12 months.
A big thank you to our customers, employees and partners for your warm welcome, and your continued support and contributions. I look forward to meeting more of you in the coming months.
