Our Scrutiny Panel is a group of customer volunteers who meet regularly online to explore and improve different areas of our organisation.
They work with us to give us valuable insights, offer recommendations, and challenge the way things are done.

The panel’s most recent exercise was to look at our service charges. The panel surveyed customers and worked with Landlord Services team to make recommendations for improvements.
